ANSWERS BEFORE YOU EDIT
Questions about image layers
Understand what the editor can do, how sample editing differs from new AI generation, and which details need checking before you use an exported result.
LAYER WORKSPACE
Explore three real layer resultsDoes it recover the original design layers?
No. AI layer decomposition estimates separate objects and backgrounds from a flat image. It generates a new reconstruction rather than recovering the source design file.
Raster text and small details may change. Keep the original image and compare before using the result.
Can I edit samples without generating again?
Yes, you can edit without generating again. The ready-made product samples already contain AI-generated layers and can be inspected and downloaded in your browser.
Selecting a sample does not submit a new cloud AI request. Own-image generation needs an available cloud service and consent.
Which input formats are supported?
PNG, JPEG and WebP are accepted, with a 10 MB file limit and a 24-million-pixel image limit.
HEIC and PDF are not supported. Uploading a supported file for preview does not automatically separate it.
Can I export transparent PNG and layered PSD?
Yes. Download an individual transparent PNG, a composite PNG, a ZIP of the PNG layers and manifest, or a layered raster PSD.
PSD is generated in the browser; desktop Photoshop compatibility has not been device-verified. Check it in your target editor before production use.
Does my image stay on my device?
Local preview and sample editing run in your browser. New AI separation, when available and accepted by you, sends an image to a cloud provider.
Do not treat cloud AI as offline processing. Decide whether your image is suitable to send before starting a job.
Are my edits saved automatically?
No. Download the layers or composite before leaving, refreshing or resetting the page.
There is no automatic project history in the sample editor. Retain the original and your downloaded files for later work.
